Ace your unseen case is a book written to make those exams less stressful. Covering all aspects of clinical dentistry, this book focuses on using up-to-date guidelines to support your knowledge when presented with unseen cases. This book also teaches you how to approach the exam, what information is most relevant and most importantly, how to deliver that information.
I’m Brandon, a general dentist who graduated with a distinction and honours from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2021, winning the award for the highest score in the adult unseen case viva.

1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returning dental textbooks purchased from us, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Faulty, Incorrect Items or Dissatisfied
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if your textbook is:
Faulty or damaged
Not as described
Incorrect item sent
In such cases:
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery
You are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair
We will cover the cost of return postage
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Textbooks that have been written in, highlighted, or damaged after delivery
Items not in a resalable condition (unless faulty)
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Original delivery charges will be refunded for faulty items or cancellations within the statutory period

Delivery Method
All dental textbooks are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, a reliable and trackable delivery service across the UK.
Dispatch Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking details.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., postal delays or peak periods).
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. You can monitor your delivery status using the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not available at the time of delivery, Royal Mail may:
Leave the parcel in a safe place
Deliver to a neighbour
Leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from your local depot
